A question in mind ? Why did I say Homemade Ginger & Garlic Paste, felt like giving a tip to prepare a Ginger,Garlic paste Quickly
I have seen ,in this busy life, very few prepares Ginger & Garlic paste at home , but I am sure that if you try once at home, you will never buy it outside. What else keep a woman happy ,giving always the best things to her family at home.

Here we go

Homemade Ginger & Garlic Paste:
——————————

1 Quantity of Ginger
1 Quantity of Garlic
Tumeric Powder   1 tbsp
Salt                     1 tbsp

As it is time consuming to peel of the Ginger and Garlic.May be on fine Friday night ,before you go to bed , just soak them in the water.
Saturday, you can just take it of easily.Cut them as below
Ginger  – Medium Size.
Garlic  – cut into half
Grind it ,before the last whip ,you can add tumeric and salt.
This paste will last for a month even kept outside. But its always good to keep in refridgerator.

Estmiates :

Time taken for soak    – 2  mins
Cutting                        - 10 mins
Grinding                      – 3  mins
Misc                            - 5  mins

So you got the Home made one in 20 mins approx,I dont know how economical it is ,as I never caluclated. But you will find it so fresh.

Filed under: Welcome — swaram @ 5:53 am

I love to cook.ofcourse sometimes I don’t when Iam  tired after returning from hectic work late night.

Here , I will try to put the recipes what I learnt by seeing mom,she never taught me as such ,and she never allows me help her in cooking  and few of my research at home

“A woman who knows how to compose a soup or a salad that is perfectly harmonious in flavour ought to be clever at mixing together the sweet and harsh elements of a man’s character, and she will understand how to charm and keep forever her husband’s heart and soul.”
